What is the new immigration Law?

Who is Skilled Worker?
A skilled worker may either completed professional training or who have completed academic training.
- Professional training must be min two years, and it must be equivalent to the German Vocational Education. The foreign diploma must be officially recognized (Anerkennung) by the competent au authority in Germany, and they will be issuing an equivalency certificate.
